Florida Sweepstakes & Giveaways 2026
Browse verified sweepstakes and giveaways open to Florida residents. Every listing is free to enter — no purchase necessary. Updated regularly with the latest contests, prize giveaways, and instant win games available in Florida.
Florida is one of the three states most commonly excluded from sweepstakes. The state requires sponsors to register sweepstakes with prizes valued at $5,000 or more with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and may require a bond. Many smaller sponsors skip Florida to avoid this administrative burden.
The good news: Florida has no state income tax. If you win a sweepstakes, you'll owe only federal income tax — a significant advantage for large prizes like cars and travel packages. Always check official rules for Florida eligibility before entering.
