Sweepstakes submission data — when organizers submit a campaign (name, email, listing details).

Usage data — pages visited, listings clicked, time on site, referring URLs. Collected in aggregate to improve the service.
Device and browser data — browser type, operating system, IP address (used for fraud prevention and analytics only).
Cookies and local storage — we use browser storage to remember your recently viewed listings and saved bookmarks. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.

2. How We Use Your Information

Send you sweepstakes alert emails you signed up for.
Operate, maintain, and improve the Sweepstakes Radar platform.
Review and publish organizer-submitted listings.
Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Email Communications

If you sign up for alerts, we may send you emails about new sweepstakes and giveaways matching your preferences. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at hello@sweepstakesradar.com to be removed from any list.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy.

Supabase — database and authentication hosting. Data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure.
Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
Go High Level — email marketing and contact management for alert subscribers.
Stripe — payment processing for organizer upgrades. We do not store payment card data.

When you click "Enter Now" on a listing, you are directed to a third-party website operated by the sweepstakes organizer. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

5. Cookies

We use essential browser cookies and local storage only — for session management and to remember your preferences (bookmarks, recently viewed listings). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services (Vercel, Supabase) may set their own technical cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and preferences for as long as you are subscribed to our alerts. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request that we delete your data at any time by emailing hello@sweepstakesradar.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request correction or deletion of your data.
