Sweepstakes Radar is a directory and aggregator of sweepstakes, giveaways, and contests run by independent third-party organizers. We do not operate, sponsor, endorse, or administer any of the sweepstakes listed on the Site. We are not responsible for the administration, prize fulfillment, or any aspect of third-party promotions.
Listing a sweepstakes on Sweepstakes Radar does not guarantee that prizes will be awarded. Prize fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the organizer. If you believe a listed sweepstakes is fraudulent or prizes have not been awarded, please contact us or use the "Report listing" button on any listing page.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Individual sweepstakes may have additional eligibility requirements — always check the official rules of each promotion.
If you submit a sweepstakes or giveaway listing to Sweepstakes Radar, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion. Listings that violate these Terms or our content standards will be removed without refund.
You agree not to:
All content on Sweepstakes Radar — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Sweepstakes Radar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Organizers who submit listings grant Sweepstakes Radar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their submitted content (including images and logos) on the Site for the duration of the listing.
The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by sweepstakes organizers. These links are provided for convenience only. Sweepstakes Radar has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweepstakes Radar and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including, without limitation, failure to win a sweepstakes, loss of data, or reliance on any listing. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Radar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of any listing.
Payments for Featured or Homepage Spotlight placement are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a listing is rejected after payment, or if a technical error prevented the listing from going live. Contact hello@sweepstakesradar.com for payment issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
