Ernie Ball and Guitar Center's Battle of the Bands powered by Vans Warped Tour offers bands the opportunity to perform on the main stage at the 2026 Vans Warped Tour. Six bands will win performance slots plus equipment packages valued at $9,473.92 each, while the grand prize winner receives a comprehensive musical equipment package valued at $77,592.66 and will be featured in Ernie Ball's BIG SOUND music content series. Bands enter by submitting up to three original music videos, each no longer than six minutes, performed as a band. Eligibility is limited to U.S. residents and D.C. residents who are at least 18 years old, not under exclusive recording contracts with major labels, and have not earned more than $100,000 from professional music activities in the prior tax year. The contest closes on December 31, 2026.

Rules & Eligibility
Open to bands that are legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., at least 18 years old at entry, not under exclusive recording contracts with major labels, and have not earned more than $100,000 from professional music activities in the prior tax year. Entrants submit up to three original music videos, each no longer than six minutes, featuring the band performing an original composition written and controlled primarily by the entrant. If multiple videos are submitted, the favorite must be designated as #1. Six bands win performance prizes including Vans Warped Tour main stage performances (specific dates at organizer discretion) and equipment packages valued at $9,473.92 each. One grand prize winner receives a comprehensive musical equipment package valued at $77,592.66 and featured content in Ernie Ball's BIG SOUND series. Deadline: December 31, 2026.
