Enter the Hallmark Merriest Christmas Towns Contest for a chance to have your hometown recognized as Hallmark's Merriest Christmas Town and potentially serve as a filming location for an upcoming Hallmark movie. One grand prize winner will receive the official designation and opportunity for their town to be featured in a Hallmark film production, subject to further agreements. Additionally, 25 runner-up winners will receive designation as an Official Hallmark Christmas Town, a digital seal, social and marketing templates, and promotional assets. Entrants must submit photos and/or video along with a written description explaining how their town embodies the Christmas spirit. This contest is open to residents of the United States and D.C., ages 21 and older, with entries accepted from July 1, 2026 through August 10, 2026. Entries are judged based on merit.

Rules & Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., ages 21 and older. One entry per person. Entries must include photos and/or video plus a written description of how the town embodies Christmas spirit. Entries are judged. Deadline: August 10, 2026.
