Rules & Eligibility
Open to legal residents of 50 US states (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and DC who are smokers aged 21 or older and registered members of kool.com/theheist at time of entry. Entrants limited to maximum 30 entries per month during the entry period. Entry via online form on website or mail-in without purchase. Mail-in entries require handwritten name, email, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and date of birth on 3.5x5 card mailed to The Heist Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4006 Dept. S9608, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 7, 2026. Winners selected via random drawings for weekly and monthly prize categories.
