Operation In Touch is offering a DeCA Commissary TV Sweepstakes for authorized commissary shoppers. Ten winners will each receive a Smart Television and Soundbar valued at $1,480. Eligible participants must be residents of the fifty United States and DC, ages 18 and older, and authorized DeCA Commissary shoppers. Entries are accepted daily from June 1, 2026 through July 15, 2026.

Rules & Eligibility
Open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and DC, ages 18 and older, who are authorized DeCA Commissary shoppers. Daily entry allowed. Ten winners will be selected via random drawing. Each winner receives one Smart Television and one Soundbar (ARV $1,480 per winner). Promotion runs June 1, 2026 through July 15, 2026.
